Currently gaining practical exposure in the banking and financial services industry through my Summer Internship Project at Axis Bank. My role involves understanding banking products, customer relationship management practices, and customer engagement strategies within a dynamic corporate environment.

During the internship, I have been learning about savings accounts, insurance products, loan offerings, and relationship marketing practices while observing customer interaction and banking operations. This experience is helping me strengthen my understanding of customer-centric business strategies, professional communication, and practical marketing applications in the banking sector.

Worked in a fast-paced customer experience and operations environment, delivering customer-centric support while maintaining high performance and quality standards. My role focused on customer interaction management, operational efficiency, KPI adherence, and process compliance.
